Deep Purple

Deep Purple adalah group band dari Inggris yang dibentuk pada tahun 1968 di Hertford, herfordshire. Deep purple tercantum dalam Guiness Book of World Records sebagai the worlds loudest band. Album mereka telah terjual lebih dari 100 juta album di seluruh dunia. Bersama dengan Led Zeppelin dan Black Sabbath, Deep Purple dianggap sebagai pelopor musik heavy metal dan modern hark rock. Pada tahun 1975 Deep Purple pernah manggung di Jakarta dan sebagai group pembuka saat itu adalah God Bless.
